Fall Landscaping Schedule

Attention residents, the Fall Landscaping and Winter Preparation schedule has been finalized. Professional crews will be on-site starting next week to ensure our common areas are preserved and prepared for the colder months.

Schedule of Work

• Monday - Tuesday: Leaf removal from all common lawns and trails.
• Wednesday: Gutter cleaning for the clubhouse and shared structural assets.
• Thursday: Tree pruning and hazard branches removal in the meadow perimeter.
• Friday: Final grounds inspection and winter mulching for landscape beds.

We ask that residents please keep pets indoors and move any personal property (such as bicycles or loose toys) away from the edges of common properties during these days to allow the crews full access.
