New Speed Limit Signs

For the collective safety of our residents, children, and pets, the HOA Board has approved and overseen the installation of new speed limit signs throughout the community.

These signs have been strategically placed at the main meadow entrance and near the North Park curves where visibility can sometimes be reduced. The community-wide speed limit remains 15 MPH.

Highlights

• New reflective signage for better night visibility.
• Added "Children at Play" indicators near high-traffic common areas.
• Increased awareness for visiting contractors and guests.

We kindly remind all residents to observe these limits and to remind guests to do the same. Speeding has been a topic of concern in recent board meetings, and these measures are a first step toward ensuring our streets remain safe for pedestrians.
